RULES: One entry per person. Challenge begins Nov. 1 and ends Nov. 30. Only activities and classes done during that timeframe can be applied to the Gratitude Wheel.

REGISTER on the Google Form or at the studio to stay in the loop!

COLOR the squares as you complete the task.

TURN IN completed card at the studio by 12/7/22.

 

  • Prize for filling outer circle = Raffle entry for a free Liforme yoga mat + $15 account credit
     

  • Prize for filling inner circle = Raffle entry for a free water bottle + $15 account credit
     

  • Prize for filling both circles = Raffle entry into a free month of yoga raffle + $25 credit
