I’m happiest covered in paint and passionate about creating interior and exterior environments that bring joy.

Raised in New York City, I now live in California’s north bay with my two children.

I’ve been a graffiti muralist and fine artist for over 20 years. I also have a PhD in Education and a MA in history from Stanford University.

I’ve lived many lives: as a teacher, a professor, and a strategist for the education team at Adobe Creative Cloud.

I am an abstract artist living and painting in Sonoma County. From very early on I was drawn to art because of its ability to influence emotion. I was always proud to be from the Bay Area because of the rough expressive art plastered all over The City’s walls.

After I received my Master's degree in Psychology from the University of San Francisco I began actively studying the impact of color and expressive art on human emotion as a creator and viewer. Everywhere I have lived has influenced my work;  Tokyo as a child, the Bronx in my 20s, San Francisco for most of my life, Chicago for 10 years and now in the farmland of Sonoma, CA. Each painting is a collection of feelings, places, and memories.

In addition to my work as a painter, I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with individuals in a private practice setting in Santa Rosa and San Francisco.  Creativity, movement and authentic expression are what I consider to be the most important elements of healing.
