Return to yourself
Let the outside world melt away through the revolutionary act of being present. Invoking movement, breath and quieting the mind, take time to return to yourself in a welcoming shared space.
WELCOMING YOU BACK
Practice with Peace of Mind
Here's what to expect when you come to practice with us at the studio:
-
Small classes. We are limiting class size to keep distance between mats.
-
Masks optional but highly recommended. In accordance with state and local policy, masking indoors is highly recommended but not required regardless of vaccination status.
-
Clean air. Our air system has an air ionizer that zaps bacteria and viruses from the air. Combined with our HEPA air filter, the air in the studio is squeaky clean.
-
Limited Shared Props. If you would like to borrow a bolster or blocks, we have extras available. However, we ask that you put a pillow case over the bolster and wipe down the blocks after use. We are not lending blankets at this time. You may bring your own props to class if you prefer. We are also selling yoga prop/mat bags if you need a large tote.
-
Online pre-registration required. Everyone must sign up for a spot in the class at least 30 minutes before class begins. Registration opens one week before the class begins and closes 30 minutes before the class starts. No walk-ins.
-
Waitlists. Once the capacity has been reached for a class, a waitlist will start. You will be notified by email if a space opens up and given the opportunity to fill that spot.
-
Cancellation Policy. Because of the limited capacity for classes, we have enacted a strict cancellation policy requiring you to cancel prior to 4 hours before the start of the class. If you have to cancel within the 4-hour window, you will be charged a $10 fee. If you do not show up to class, you will be charged a $10 no-show fee. No refunds will be given for no-shows or late cancellations. Emergency situations reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
-
Simultaneous Streaming. Some in-studio classes will also be Zoomed for those who want to practice at home (or on vacation).
-
Coming back to community. Be easy on yourself as you come back into the space. Take your time to feel things out and know that we are here to support you and your practice.
