Tucked into the green heart of Italy, away from the crowds and the noise, lies a landscape that has been sacred for thousands of years — ancient hilltop villages, silver-green olive groves, and a quality of light that makes everything feel a little more alive. This is where we're going.
Join us for one transformative week at Agriturismo Baldeschi, a stunning working farm nestled in the Umbrian countryside, for a retreat that weaves together the wisdom of yoga, the depth of shamanic ceremony, and the pure, unhurried beauty of Italian life.

And in between it all — siestas, quiet afternoons, golden hour walks through the olive groves, and the particular kind of stillness that only comes when you're somewhere truly extraordinary.
This is not a yoga vacation. This is a pilgrimage: to the land, to yourself, and to the kind of transformation that only happens when you step fully out of your ordinary life and into something ancient and alive.
Where You'll Stay
Agriturismo Baldeschi is a working farm in the Umbrian hills, and its two renovated farmhouses will be our central point, our home base.
We will be staying in apartment-style accommodations that can be shared with up to four people. You can choose a room with a private bath or a shared bath. All apartments include a kitchen, a shared living space and individual bedrooms.
A $400 non-refundable deposit reserves your spot. Pay the entire cost in full or in installments.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable.

What is the weather in Umbria that time of year?

Temperature: Average daytime highs range between 62 - 68 degrees F with cool nights in the 50s.

Rainfall: Expect occasional showers, with an average of 13 days of rain throughout the month. However, rain is often brief and not typically persistent.

Sunshine: The region sees a significant increase in sunshine, with averages around six hours per day.

Conditions: The landscape is generally very green and blooming, making it ideal for hiking, visiting vineyards, and exploring towns
What is the food like at Agritursmo Baldeschi?
Expect fresh, vegetarian meals cooked with the love and care from the Baldeschi kitchen. Local, fresh ingredients are used to prepare delectable and nourishing dishes for all meals.
What optional excursions are available?
We will be taking a group day trip to Perugia, the heart and center of the Umbrian region. There is food, art and music here, and we will also have a local guide. Other side trips on your own can make this experience your own.
What's the best airport to fly into?
If you are traveling in Italy or Europe ahead of time, you can fly easily into Perugia. Otherwise, a flight into Rome from the U.S. will be easiest. It's a two-hour drive or 3-4 hour train ride to Umbria.
Do you have any idea what flights will cost?
While flight costs and fuel costs are ever changing, we estimate the roundtrip flight from SFO to Rome will be between $1,000-$2,000.
What if I'm not feeling good about my current yoga practice?
There is no yoga prerequisite or requirement. Come as you are. The yoga practice will meet you at your current level.
Itinerary?
Here's a link to the current itinerary (subject to change). Each day includes morning yoga practice, 3 healthy meals + snacks, ceremony to honor the earth elements, and plenty of downtime to enjoy the pool, the olive groves and the Umbrian surroundings.
When is the last day to register?
March 5, 2027 is the last opportunity. But please don’t wait! You will miss out on your choice of accommodations.
What are the differences of accommodations?
The apartments are all well appointed and spacious. You'll enjoy ample room to move around comfortably. If you're looking for more privacy, you'll want to make sure to book a private room or a private apartment, but there are not very many of those, so book early!
How do I register?
Please fill out the registration form and send in your $400 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. Once we receive your deposit, we will reach out to you to confirm your spot and set up arrangements for full payment.
You can make monthly installments or pay it all up front. We are happy to work with you to find the best payment intervals to meet your budget.
