Pam and Shoshana are so excited to offer a 21-day program called Whole Body Wellness to our community to provide support for self-care practices that will improve how you feel in your body, mind and spirit.
Whole Body Wellness begins Jan. 10, and will go for three weeks.
If you have fallen away from normal routines or are ready to start new, healthier ones, this program could be just what you are looking for.
All content is hosted online and is supplemented by weekly meetings and check-ins.

We know this year has been stressful. Covid has changed the way we operate, move around in the world and socialize. This is a new normal that we will continue to live with for some time. And these practices are so helpful in bringing more joy, gratitude, health and energy into your life.
Taking three weeks together will help you launch new routines or support existing ones, and you'll be able to take it all in at your own pace through our online platform.
