We are so excited to offer a 21-day program called Whole Body Wellness to our community to provide support for self care practices that will boost how you feel in your body, mind and spirit.
Join Pam and Shoshana for this program, which begins Nov. 1. All content is hosted online and is supplemented by weekly meetings and check-ins.
We offered this program in January under a different name, and much of the content will be the same but updated to suit our current needs. We'll be blending all kinds of practices, including yoga, breathwork, meditation, acupressure and nutrition, to bring your whole self into optimal health and prepare for the upcoming flu season, on top of Covid.
We are really excited to share this with you and to help support you on this journey. We had such a great time last winter, and we know it's a helpful and worthwhile investment in yourself.
