Private sessions allow you to receive personalized support from our amazing teachers. Each 30-minute or 60-minute session is designed around your body, your goals, and your pace.
How do you know when it’s time to book a private session?
New Students
If you are ready to explore yoga, but you are not ready to practice with a large group, private sessions may be what you need to get started. Each session would give you the opportunity to ask questions, get comfortable with the foundations of yoga, and build confidence.
Students Returning to Practice
If you took a long break from your mat and are ready to return, private sessions can ease your way back. Your sessions would give you a chance to refine your asana alignment before resuming your regular practice.
Students Seeking a Deeper Practice
If you are ready to dive into other aspects of your practice, like mantras, mudras, meditation, or yoga philosophy, private sessions can provide the guidance that you seek.
