Exploring the Chakras for Resiliency

Beginning Jan. 24 and running through March 14, Revolutionary Instructors will take you for a dive into the chakra energetic system during our Yoga for Resiliency class on Sundays at 5:30 pm.


Yoga for Resiliency was launched in the fall as a way for the instructors to offer an inexpensive way to share yoga with the greater community in the midst of the stress of the pandemic, fire season, home schooling and so much more that 2020 presented us. The instructors rotate through, taking their turn to offer their take on resiliency each week.


We started with an eight-week series, but we loved it so much that we extended it for another eight weeks.



Now we are embarking on a third, eight-week series, and the Instructors rotating through will be focusing on the chakra system. Each week, the instructor will take one of the seven chakras and incorporate specific movement, meditation and visualizations to get in touch with this powerful energetic system. The eighth week will be a culmination of all the chakras and round out the whole system.


The schedule is as follows:


Jan. 24 - Mishale (1st chakra)

Jan. 31 - Dawn (2nd chakra)

Feb. 7 - Dana H. (3rd chakra)

Feb. 14 - Courtney (4th chakra)

Feb. 21 - Susan (5th chakra)

Feb. 28 - Dana (6th chakra)

March 7 - Julie (7th chakra)

March 14 - Pam (all together now)


We hope you will be able to partake in this series. As always, the class is donation-based (pay what you can) so that it can be accessible and affordable to all who want it. Your donation supports the studio, the instructor and the ability to keep the class on the schedule, continuing this offering for the greater community. Suggested donation is $5 to $20.


All classes are held over Zoom and are 45 minutes long. Beginners are more than welcome, as are any level yoga practitioner.


This class will leave you feeling calm, connected and ready for the week ahead.
